Harwani Systems OPC Private Limited (HSOPC) offers a 45-minute Discovery & Strategy Consultation for organisations, startups, government entities, educational institutions, and business leaders seeking expert guidance on technology consulting, enterprise architecture, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, open-source technologies, software engineering, research, education, or related initiatives.

The consultation is designed to help us understand your objectives, assess whether HSOPC is the right partner, and discuss potential approaches at a high level before any formal engagement.

What We Aim to Understand

During the consultation, we may discuss:

Your organisation and business objectives.
Current business or technical challenges.
Existing technology landscape and architecture.
Project scope, priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Technical, operational, security, compliance, or organisational constraints.
Potential high-level solution approaches.
Whether HSOPC's expertise aligns with your requirements.
Suitable engagement models and possible next steps.

What You Can Expect

Depending on the discussion, we may provide:

Initial observations and high-level recommendations.
Preliminary technical or business perspectives.
Suggestions regarding possible approaches.
An overview of relevant HSOPC capabilities and experience.
Guidance on suitable engagement models.
Recommendations for appropriate next steps.

The consultation is intended to assess your requirements and determine mutual fit. It is not intended to deliver detailed consulting, architecture design, implementation planning, software development, code reviews, security audits, technical documentation, research reports, project deliverables, or written recommendations.

Your Responsibilities

To make the consultation productive, you agree to:

Clearly explain your business or technical objectives.
Provide accurate and relevant information.
Ensure appropriate stakeholders attend where practical.
Avoid sharing confidential, regulated, proprietary, or highly sensitive information unless an appropriate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been executed.
Join the meeting on time and respect the scheduled duration.

Our Responsibilities

During the consultation, HSOPC will:

Listen carefully to your objectives and challenges.
Ask relevant questions to better understand your requirements.
Share professional, high-level technical and business perspectives where appropriate.
Conduct the session professionally and respectfully.
Maintain confidentiality regarding information voluntarily shared, subject to applicable law and any executed agreements.
Clearly communicate if your requirements fall outside our expertise or current service offerings.

Booking, Confirmation and Payment

All consultations are conducted strictly by prior appointment and are subject to availability.

Consultation requests are subject to review and confirmation by HSOPC.
Once your booking has been confirmed, payment must be completed before the scheduled consultation begins.
The consultation will commence only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
If payment is not received before the scheduled start time, HSOPC reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or release the booked time slot.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has commenced.
Additional time requested beyond the scheduled 45 minutes may be billed separately at the applicable hourly or mutually agreed rate.

Important Disclosures

Please note the following:

The consultation is exploratory and advisory in nature.
Booking or participating in the consultation does not create a client, consultant, employment, partnership, agency, fiduciary, joint venture, or contractual relationship beyond the consultation itself.
Any opinions, observations, recommendations, or guidance provided are preliminary and based solely on the information available during the session.
Formal consulting services, architecture reviews, implementation planning, software development, security assessments, research, documentation, deliverables, or project execution require a separate commercial agreement.
HSOPC reserves the right to decline engagements that do not align with our expertise, professional standards, ethical principles, legal obligations, values, or business capacity.

Confidentiality

HSOPC respects the confidentiality of prospective clients.

However, unless a mutually executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or other written confidentiality agreement is already in place, you should not disclose trade secrets, proprietary source code, confidential business information, personally identifiable information (PII), financial records, credentials, passwords, regulated information, or other highly sensitive data during the consultation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled by either party with reasonable prior notice and are subject to availability.

HSOPC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, operational requirements, or other legitimate reasons. Where a paid consultation is affected by such circumstances, an alternative appointment or another appropriate resolution will be offered.

By requesting, booking, paying for, or participating in a consultation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to:

You further acknowledge that the consultation is intended to evaluate your requirements and discuss potential engagement opportunities and does not, by itself, constitute a broader professional services agreement.
